Who is responsible
The controller of personal data on this site is Egor Ukraintsev, Prague, Czech Republic, who runs it as a personal project. Contact: ukraiego@fel.cvut.cz or the contact form on this site.
What we collect and why
A random identifier in a cookie lets us count each browser's votes and visits once. When you vote for a photograph or in the Arena we store your choice with that identifier. A photograph you upload to the Arena is stored and shown after approval. Forum posts are public: we store the name you enter and your message. When you send a message, an order or a software request we store your name, email address and text so that we can reply; the owner also gets it by email. We process this data to provide the service you use (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site and preventing spam and duplicate votes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives data
We do not sell or pass on personal data. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf under its data processing terms; the database and stored images are kept in the European Union.
Cookies
One functional cookie with a random identifier and, in your browser's storage, the contents of your cart. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
How long we keep data
Votes, uploads and forum posts are kept as long as the site runs or until you ask us to delete them. Messages and orders are kept as long as needed to handle them.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to ukraiego@fel.cvut.cz or use the contact form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.
